I know, the construction is kinda "illegal" but the pose make more sense with his head inclined.

You are trying water in Blender now! I always wanted to learn how to do this. Do you have any tutorials for it that you would recommend?

Thanks all !

@Scrubs : Water is fairly easy, you can follow this tutorial (near the end) to make a pretty good water materials in cycles : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=In99fYE76j8

Blender also has some pretty good ocean modifier with waves. I wanted to try using the fluid simulator to make a water splash but the scene was too dark. But i will definitely try that on another render !

I'd given a try to ocean modifier with my little drakkar http://www.mecabricks.com/en/models/QVzvMd3GjJp but I was not 100% satisfied with the result, not enough foam in my mind...your water here is really good and fits so well to the scene, really good job !
