It took about an hour before The_An0nym announced that he had ‘animated’ all of their sig-figs.
“Finally! What took you so long?” Happy097 asked. The_An0nym ignored him.
“Follow me,” he ordered. They complied without any complaint. The_An0nym walked through a few tunnels and finally led them into a big room, the walls covered with a neon-light-blue grid.
“So… Start training!” The_An0nym said. Bots emerged from a hidden hatch and surrounded them.
“Wait!” WizardBuilds1 protested. The bots shot. It didn’t take long for them to be at least hit a few times. The shots gave a small electric shock. Happy097 was the first one to start running. The five others were still trying to process the situation. General_Veers was next to run, and then the others joined. They ran aimlessly in the small training area.
“Good! Now try to do something abstract! Your body should know a few martial arts and acrobatics as well as close combat, fencing and shooting with a gun,” The_An0nym said.
“Crazy psychopath,” SlimBrick1 murmured, but couldn’t resist trying. He tried to do a summersault while running. Somehow his fears made him unable to do so. He tried again. This time it worked. His body reacted instinctively and made a summersault. Although SlimBrick1 got hit more than he would have been while running, it gave him courage. The others followed this example. It didn’t take long before they all started doing all sorts of acrobatic tricks. SuperPup1 remembered the way The_An0nym had jumped inhumanly up on the elevated construction, and tried the same. It didn’t work the first few times, so he cleared his mind and focused on flying. He tried again, and this time it worked. His only mistake was jumping too high.
“Ow!” SuperPup1 exclaimed as he hit his head against the ceiling.
“Careful! You don’t want to jump too high!” The_An0nym warned. Couldn’t you have said that earlier? SuperPup1 thought. LEGOminis followed SuperPup1’s example, but narrowly avoided a sore head. General_Veers tried walking up a vertical wall and then doing a backflip. Indeed it worked. With every trick they became more confident and tried to evade the lasers of the bots. Happy097 also tried to walk on the wall. Different from General_Veers, he didn’t do a backflip but jumped and made a safety roll on the floor.
“This is fun!” he exclaimed only seconds before a laser hit him. Running from a bot, SuperPup1 did a backflip while turning 180°. He hopped over the bot with his arms. In that exact moment SlimBrick1 hopped over SuperPup1.
“Hey!” he complained.
“Also hello to you!” SlimBrick1 replied. The bot that followed SlimBrick1 could only barely avoid SuperPup1’s bot.
"Be careful not to let them crash!" The_An0nym warned. No one heard him. They were all enjoying themselves too much.
A few hours later The_An0nym told them to stop.
“Already?” WizardBuilds1 complained.
“Yes,” The_An0nym said.
“So… What are we going to do now?” Happy097 asked, excited to try out something new with his newly discovered skills.
“We are going outside,” The_An0nym said.
“Outside? Already?” General_Veers asked.
“Yes. We need to find the others before the system does. We’ll have to split up to improve efficiency. Happy, you’re with wiz. Minis goes with Veers. And Pup, you go with Slimmy,” The_An0nym said.
“But how are we going to…?” LEGOminis began.
“Questions later. Each one of you will get a device which we can communicate through. Don’t lose it,” The_An0nym warned.
“Just a question… Do we get weapons?” SlimBrick1 asked.
“You can take some out of my storage,” The_An0nym said.
“And what about battle suits?” Happy097 asked.
“Few things. One, they will slow you down. Two, you don’t know how to properly use them. Three, this is a stealth mission. No need to run around wearing fancy armor,” The_An0nym explained.
“Oh,” Happy097 said, clearly disappointed.
“Follow me. I’ll show you my weapon storage,” The_An0nym said. All of them eagerly imagened which weapons looked best on them.

Happy097 - Yes he did

AmyOak, Jono_Guard & WizardBuils1 - Thanks!!

WizardBuils1 - I am planning to mention him,but maybe not in the way you expect since I still need to uphold the logic in the story.
Daedalus

Can you add me to the story? It would be kind of poetic since the original Daedalus from Greek mythology was imprisoned inside his own maze, the Labyrinth!

Daeladus - Sure, but because it was actually a contest prize (see clock animation) I have a feeling that it would be unfair to add you before them, so I'll have to move you to 'last person to join', But I hope that is okay!!
