The inventory is ~96-97% accurate; technically, only 7-8 parts are missing, but I had to create large MOC-assemblies to replace critical elements:

a. [MOC] Part 87616 (8 pieces)
Grouped in the Helicopter's root.
I radically improved this assembly, so it consists of much fewer bricks and even includes the decals. I won't be able to get away with those "ventilation" fins for a spaceship, for instance, or any aircraft requiring pressurized fuselage but works for a chopper.

b. [MOC] Part 45406 (19p)
Grouped under: Helicopter > Cockpit
Almost 20 additional bricks in the inventory, unfortunately, but it fits the original proportions perfectly and looks similar too.

c. [MOC] Part 61100c01 (14p)
Grouped under: Helicopter > Spool Mechanism
Comes in place of a windup motor (obviously, not functional, but it still allows the axle's manual rotation, so it can be handled correctly in Mecabricks workshop).

I also had to "double" a Technic axle spool (Part #61510) and 1x4x3 window frames inside the cabin. The rest of the stuff was mostly decorative / easily substituted.

This set no. 60010 'Fire Helicopter' came out in 2013 as part of City's "Fire" subtheme—it was a limited release in many countries, thus never featured in regular Lego consumer catalogs. The model was included in the 'Fire Value Pack,' though (set no. 66453 bundling four "Fire" models) and available via LEGO Shop At Home.

It's hard to blame Lego for making this set exclusive, though, as City's "Fire" renewed 2013 line-up was already abundant: a fire station, a town's fire rescue scene, a fire truck, several smaller Firefighters' vehicles, plus two polybags. (See links to the entire subtheme on Mecabricks below).

As a total Lego helicopters nerd, I must admit this build is nothing short but spectacular! Bricks are split between two bags, each of them used in sequential order, so the build process is clean and well-organized. Instructions came as two booklets. It might seem like a trivial feature these days (with any Lego model large enough sold this way), but must've still been a novelty seven years ago, with shouty "Modular Build / Easy Start" labels all over the box.

A chunky, rugged heavyweight Fire Helicopter is enormous, with the main rotor 32 pegs in diameter. This chassis was already tried and trusted, with a few similar Coastguard and cargo helicopters released since 2008, when a compact, mechanical windup motor (Lego part #61100c01) was introduced. It's utilized to automatically rewind the rope (with an anchor attached to its end) versus a manual spool that typically comes in smaller Lego helicopters.

The enclosed cockpit only sits one minifigure while the main cabin is wide open: no doors, no hatches of any kind. The fire suppression system consists of two water guns on adjustable mounts, plus a single yellow fire extinguisher.

Besides the helicopter and the two-man crew, the set includes a fire accident scene: a factory oil rig mounted on an 8x8 plate, several Octan gas tanks, and a giant pressurized cistern bursting in flames.

Perhaps the only complaint would be light accessories; besides the fire extinguisher mentioned above, there are virtually no firefighter tools available. No oxygen masks either, which is pretty inconsiderate given the toxic, chemical nature of the fire that minifigs are about to put out.
