I found this on Ideas years ago, and finally decided I wanted to build it. I was going to try and contact the original designer and see if he had a LDD file, but after a little searching I found he had passed away.

I think I did a pretty good job recreating it, and making it so it would be sturdy. I came up with nearly the same part count, but I did use some smaller parts where larger could be substituted, in the interest of total cost (1x 16x16 plate=$5.74 ; 4x 8x8 plates=$0.24). The only change I know I made was, he had 32028 (Plate with Rail) for the latch, and I think 48336 (Plate w/ Handle) may work better, I kept them both in the file.
