The build is 99% exact, minus the stickers and a couple of minifig parts. Two parts have alternative molds as substitutions.

This set no. 8968 'River Heist' came out in 2009 as part of the "Agents 2.0" theme—the second-smallest in the collection of five models. It only has a little over 200 parts and three minifigs. The 'River Heist' focuses primarily on the theme's villains, presenting a bank robbery—not the most common scenario in official LEGO sets!

The model features Super Airboat, the only watercraft in the "Agents 2.0" series, and coincidentally one of the largest waterborne vehicles belonging to Dr. Inferno's gang (only second to Henchmen's Boat from set no. 8636 'Deep Sea Quest').

Technically, it appears to be a hovercraft, or an "air-cushion vehicle," which is amphibious and travels both on-water and on-land. The Super Airboat has a fully functional mechanism, with a rear-mounted propeller and a wheel hidden at the bottom, connected with a simple but elegant Technic gear assembly. The propeller's round frame is an elastic tube, another bit of advanced building techniques in this set.

The Super Airboat has a tiny captain's console in the center, a dedicated spot for the stolen bank safe, and came with two naval mines. (There's a funny blooper associated with these, as both the box artwork and earliest "official" LEGO photos clearly show that each of these mines had an additional 1x1 round brick at the bottom. But it's not there in the actual building instruction.)

=MINIFIGURES=

The 'River Heist' features two exclusive minifigures:

>>DOLLAR BILL features an exclusive torso (black jacket with dollar bills sticking out of the pocket) and an "evil smirk" headpiece with a diamond-shaped eyepatch, as well as a bright green hairpiece (the same as Joker's from the LEGO "Super Heroes" licensed theme).

Dollar Bill sports a custom golden-plated gun as a nice little touch, just like Gold Tooth (another Dr. Inferno's henchman). I always loved how "Agents" utilized an innocuous hose nozzle (Part #60849) for handguns!

>>DYNA-MITE was one of two female villains in the "Agents" theme, armed with a stick of dynamite, obviously.

>>AGENT FUSE came straight from the 2008 "Agents" line-up, with an addition of a custom body armor / bulletproof vest (Part #85961, which remained exclusive to "Agents 2.0" and two "Power Miners" sets). Agent Fuse is chasing the Super Airboat on a tiny Waterjet, equipped with two missiles.
