@InterBrick There are 1200 times the same 1X1 brick. Hence the slowness and the thick edges.

@Scrubs: Thanks, I worked that out almost immediately. I'm just suggesting that to make it seem more similar to a single 1x1 brick, the boundaries should be turned off, as you can instantly tell by the bold lines that there are more than one edge occupying the same area. I'm not sure if I'm correct in assuming this, but I think SamW is attempting to create the illusion of simplicity.

It doesn't lag me one bit. My computer starts lagging at about 6k-8k pieces, but only gets bad at about 15k.
