The inventory is 99% accurate; I had to substitute the plumes and body armor.

This set no. 6204 'Buccaneers' came out in 1997, and it was the last minifig pack released in the "Pirates" theme. After that season, the series went on a long hiatus, finally relaunched in 2009. (It appears that 'Buccaneers' was only available in North America.)

Just like the previous two minifig packs, the 'Buccaneers' featured five figures with weapons, representing both factions, plus a treasure chest with golden coins.

☠ Captain Red Beard
The exact same minifig as in two earlier Minifig Packs (see links below).

☠ Black Jack Hawkins
One of the characters introduced in '96, he sports a neat grey beard and wears an open blue jacket with a black tricorne hat.

☠ Skeleton
The first Lego skeleton figure was launched in 1995 within the "Castle" and "Pirates" themes. In some cases, he had a name, "Skully," and some pirates' headwear.

While the theme's villains remained a relatively stable faction from '89 to 1997, with permanent leaders and only slight cosmetic changes among characters, the opposing heroes had three distinct generations, all featuring different uniforms and flags and new personalized characters.

"Imperial Armada" was the third and last military group, launched in 1996 and following the original "Imperial Soldiers" and subsequent "Imperial Guards." There were only three "Imperial Armada" characters created, with both leaders present here:

⚔️ The Admiral
The "Imperial Armada" commander-in-chief wears a highly decorated red torso, with a giant silver necklace. A custom face features raised eyebrows, goatee, mustache, and stubble. The Admiral's accessories include a black conquistador helmet with a plume, plus a chrome-silver breastplate (had to replace it with a similar mold in my build).

⚔️ Captain Valiant
Valiant was a captain of the Santa Cruz sailship, included in set no. 6280 'Armada Flagship' in '96. He has a pompous green shirt, laced collar, a gold medallion, and a pretty similar headwear and facial features to Admiral. In this set, Captain Valiant didn't have body armor.
