SlimBrick1 found himself in an almost as weird environment as before. The floor was black with many neon-light-blue lines. It seemed endless, just like the previous surroundings had. Why the flip does this place have to be so weird? SlimBrick1 thought. WizardBuilds1 touched SlimBrick1's shoulder.
"What are you thinking about?" he asked.
"How can you talk so lightly in such a situation?" SlimBrick1 questioned.
"I just wanted to lighten the mood!" WizardBuilds1 replied.
“Well, could you do that a bit more quietly?” SlimBrick1 asked.
“What are you so annoyed about?” WizardBuilds1 asked.
“Sorry.. It’s just… I don’t know!” SlimBrick1 tried to explain. WizardBuilds1 lowered his head. Afraid he had somehow hurt him, SlimBrick1 placed his hand on WizardBuilds1’s shoulder There were a few moments of silence.
Then a sudden short shout interrupted the peaceful silence. Suddenly General_Veers was standing in front of them.
“Who are you?” General_Veers asked hastily.
“Well… I am—” WizardBuilds1 began, but then caught himself. He almost wanted to say his real name again, which would result into him coughing for the next minute. He didn’t necessarily want to go through that again. SlimBrick1 was less lucky. After only three words he coughed up. General_Veers stepped back. WizardBuilds1 made a step forward. General_Veers instinctively made another step backwards. Because this one was made subconsciously and didn’t have the attention of the host, it was misplaced. General_Veers lost his balance and tried in a failed attempt to regain it by moving his arms. The millisecond where General_Veers’ facial expression changed to surprise and shock made an imprint on SlimBrick1’s mind, causing him to laugh. WizardBuilds1 was affected by this and had to smile. General_Veers, who was lying on the floor, didn’t think of this situation as funny.
“Stop it!” he insisted. His voice drowned under the laugh/cough of SlimBrick1.
“Stop!” General_Veers repeated. WizardBricks1 stopped smiling, and made a more serious face. SlimBrick1, who was still coughing and laughing, had trouble breathing. His subconscious forced him to remember General_Veers’ face, which made him laugh, while his body forced him to cough. This resulted in a rather unpleasant experience for SlimBrick1. It took two whole minutes before SlimBrick1 stopped coughing. It took another minute until he stopped wheezing for air. After that incident he promised himself to never accidentally try to say his real name again.
“You okay?” WizardBuilds1 asked.
“Yeah...” SlimBrick1 replied. I hate this world, he thought.
“So… Do any of you know where we are?” General_Veers asked.
“No,” WizardBuilds1 replied.
“Well, we could assume we are in Mecabricks...” SlimBrick1 suggested.
“Do you think Mecabricks would look like this?” WizardBuilds1 asked.
“Well, we do look like our Mecabricks Sig-figs,” General_Veers commented.
“True” WizardBuilds1 agreed.
“So… What do we know?” SlimBrick1 asked.
“We are in Mecabricks or something… And we got sucked up by that weird tile… Or wait, did any of you get here in another way? I was sucked up by that weird tile of The_An0nym,” WizardBuilds1 said.
“No, I got here the same way,” SlimBrick1 assured.
“Me too!” General_Veers said. The memory of the tile flashed by their minds. General_Veers shuddered at the memory.
“So.... We also know that we can’t tell each other our real names…,” WizardBuilds1 continued.
“What do you mean?” Genera_Veers asked.
“Well… If you try to say your real name, you’ll end up coughing, just like Slimmy did a while ago,” WizardBuilds1 answered.
“Just a thought, but do you guys think it is possible for other users to somehow end up here?” SlimBrick1 asked.
“Probably… But why are you asking?” WizardBuilds1 wanted to know.
“Because if I am right, all users who want to participate in The_An0nym’s contest are going to eventually find that piece, and therefore end up here!”
“So?” General_Veers asked.
“That sounded as if you don’t care about them,” WizardBuilds1 commented.
“No, I meant… What are you trying to tell us?” General_Veers asked.
“I am trying to say that others might also be lost, and that we should help them,” SlimBrick1 explained.
“True, but in what position are we to help others? We barely know anything about this place,” WizardBuilds1 argued.
“Whatever,” SlimBrick1 said.
“Guys… I don’t know why, but I have a feeling we shouldn’t stay here too long,” General_Veers said. This is the moment when usually something bad happens, flashed before WizardBricks1’s eyes.
“Hey guys! Do you see that ugly thing in the distance?” SlimBrick1 asked as he pointed to what he saw. Everyone looked at where he pointed. It was indeed a bit ugly, totally unfitting with the black and neon-light-blue floor. It was a small, hovering, dark blue and white vehicle. Or was it even a vehicle?
“What the flip is that thing?” General_Veers asked. The thing in the distance came rapidly closer.
“Not again!” SlimBrick1 exclaimed, remembering the portal.
“I don’t think that it is a portal this time,” WizardBuilds1 observed.
“Hey, guys, are we waiting for that thing to close the remaining distance or are we going to run?” General_Veers asked.
“That thing is going to catch up either way. How about we just sit here and think?” WizardBuilds1 proposed.
“Well, you can do that! Bye!” SlimBrick1 said and began to run in the opposite direction.
“Wait for me!” WizardBuilds1 shouted after SlimBrick1. General_Veers was already running ahead.
“Oh, Wiz, just a small question,” SlimBrick1 said.
“What?” WizardBuilds1 urged.
“How can you be faster than me? I mean… I have way longer legs than you,” SlimBrick1 said.
“I don’t know!” WizardBuilds1 replied.
“Less talk, more running,” General_Veers panted. But they all knew it was no use. That thing would catch up either way.

Great ! More and more intriguing...
How far will we go in the depths of MecaBricks ??

I like how it seemed planned from the beginning with this strange tile from a previous model. Like an inevitable trap that will catch us all one by one...

I liked the boys’ banter in this one! If you read my bio, I have shorter legs right now because I’m in my early teens, and in the Harry Potter sets, books/movies 3 and 4 have Harry and all the characters his age with medium legs. Plus, I haven’t grown to my full hight yet. But anyway, I’m not really short in real life, I’m the youngest member in my family, and I’m taller than most of them. But yes, I would project my sig-fig as being short and without any punctuation in this sentence at the moment this is a really long comment!
