“Hey Anon. I already have weapons!” SuperPup1 said. Everyone looked at him. Indeed he had a shield and a sword on his back.
“No. You just have a bit of armor,” The_An0nym replied.
“What do you mean? Didn’t you see the sword?” SuperPup1 asked.
“I did,” The_An0nym said.
“Then what did you mean with ‘just a bit of armor’?” SuperPup1 asked. The_An0nym answered differently than he had expected.
“If you can get your shield and your sword off your back, then you’ll be allowed to drive one of my vehicles,” he said. The idea of having an own vehicle motivated SuperPup1. There has to be a catch, SuperPup1 thought, The_An0nym is probably confident that the sword is much too heavy for me to lift, but he probably didn’t notice the loophole. I just have to get it off my back. No one said I had to be able to lift it. SuperPup1 grabbed for his sword and pulled. It didn’t budge. He pulled harder. It still didn’t budge. Instead it seemed like he was trying to pull out his own skin. What is happening? Why won’t it move? The_An0nym smiled.
“Having trouble?” he asked.
“What did you do?” SuperPup1 asked. He must have somehow glued it to my back, he thought.
“I did nothing,” The_An0nym replied.
“Then why is it stuck?” SuperPup1 asked.
“I believe the correct term is clipping.” The_An0nym answered.
“What do you mean clipping…. Oh,” SuperPup1 said as he figured it out.
“Wait. If he has a sword and a shield, then where is my blaster?” General_Veers suddenly asked. The question had bothered him since a while now, but he hadn't had the time to ask it yet.
“The system recognizes the sig-figs and makes an analysis of them. Anything that is extra, for example an object in your hand, will be removed. Any object that used clipping on your sig-fig, however, wasn’t removed. But because a human only has a certain amount of limbs and mass, you can’t feel them. That’s why I said armour. If you want another example, then you can just look at SlimBrick1,” The_An0nym said.
“What do you mean with me?” SlimBrick1 asked.
“Snuffles?” WizardBuilds1 asked.
“Think so,” LEGOminis agreed. It was only then that SlimBrick1 noticed the little animal sitting on his shoulder.
“How didn’t I notice this?” SlimBrick1 asked.
“Because it is part of your body,” The_An0nym explained.
“Okay… Just one more question: Why isn’t it moving?” SlimBrick1 asked.
“You can’t move it because that would exceed the limbs you could move as a normal human being,” The_An0nym explained.
“Okay… But why isn’t it alive then?” SlimBrick1 asked.
“Because only you were sucked into Mecabricks. The system isn’t powerful enough to create a being. Even if replicated,” The_An0nym explained.
“Oh...” SlimBrick1 said, disappointed.
“All I can offer you is that I animate it, letting it run a repetitive programm,” The_An0nym offered.
“Okay! And thank you in advance,” SlimBrick1 said.
“Whatever,” The_An0nym said.
“Can we get out weapons now?” Happy097 asked, beginning to become impatient.
“Happy–” The_An0nym began, but was interrupted by an angered grunt from LEGOminis.
“Wiz, get off my face,” he complained.
“Sorry,” WizardBuilds1 apologized and finished his acrobatic trick with a front flip. The_An0nym covered his face with his two hands. Do I really have to work with these clowns? he asked himself. General_Veers raised an eyebrow.
“Happy, do you have to go to the restroom?” he asked.
“No, I just wanna weapon,” Happy097 said. The_An0nym dug his hands deeper in his face. He didn’t even try to decrypt what they were saying.
“Ugh…” he exclaimed when he finally removed his hands,”We can’t use the restroom, not sleep, nor drink, nor die,”.
“Wait… We can’t die?” WizardBuilds1 asked. They all spoke at once, and The_An0nym considered having made a mistake letting them inside his bunker.
“Kids,” he muttered, and then raised his voice.
“You can’t die, but you can feel pain, which can be much worse than death,” he said. There was silence.
“Why can’t we die?” General_Veers wanted to know.
“Because we are data. At most we can be deleted, but we can’t really die. Or at least not as a human,” The_An0nym explained.
“Yeah yeah, whatever. Can we get our weapons now?” Happy097 asked.
“That impatience of yours is going to cost you one day,” The_An0nym said, and started walking again.

Nice chapter, amazing as always!

I also have to agree with Happy097 (in the story), I would also not be able to wait for the weapons.

Well I wouldn’t say that I’m THAT impatient, I do respect people who are helping me. But the bigger question is, how am I having entire conversations with you if your responses are automated? (And why am I commenting on models when you are right next to me?)

happy097 - As I said, if the questions/responses aren't recognized by the bot that I programmed, then it'll notify me so that I can respond instead.

YizLegoWarrior - Thanks!! & Are you sure?

if you dig your hands any deeper into your face, it's going to be more clipping!

Snuffles is here now!

Nice! I was wondering where my Sonic Screwdriver was
3 months ago
That makes sense! This story is well thought out! You answered the Snuffles
Plus, that Wizard character really needs to calm down! What a reckless guy!

One more thing, are you an adult, @The_An0nym? You’ve never specified your age. I just asssumed you were a teen or something.

I miss my blaster so much!

SebastianButton.lego, WizardBuilds1 & General_Veers - Thanks!!

WizardBuilds1 -
& I am an <error:_/file.E647> !

Nice slide. I guess you always be “an0nymous”.
Also, if we can move and talk as digital Minifigures, do we breathe too? I hope I brushed teeth before being sucked into MB so @LEGOminis didn’t receive a facefull of stankiness!

I hope I haven’t been talking to a creepy middle-aged man!
WizardBuilds1 -
& And why would a creepy middle-aged man be on Mecabricks? You'd have to at least remove the 'creepy'
So what about that breathing thing? We don’t have to eat or go to the bathroom.
WizardBuilds1 - Your data. Did you ever see data breathe? If yes - Go see a doctor (JK)

All right, makes sense. Do we speak in text bubbles, or can we move our mouths and produce sound from the thoughts in our head?
WizardBuilds1 - As a computer, data can send/commands signals to each other. The system used this basic method to create a complex setup making both users and shadows able to speak.

Okay, I’ll try not to mess with the science!

the Anonym is an adult. He made the fatal mistake of saying an. I am an child/teen makes no sense it is adult.
YizLegoWarrior - *Smiles at himself because he outsmarted him* Since if I was an adult, I would have written it with 'an', but if I was a child, I could have made a grammatical mistake. Also: an Error. It is best not to make assumptions about me
3 months ago
I can't wait for the next one!
also, it's not always past-tense. "an" is just a different wording of "a," and while "a" goes before a consonant, an goes before a vowel. both can be either past-tense or present-tense.
past-tense examples: "I was an accountant" "I was a baseball player"
present-tense examples: "I am an accountant" "I am a baseball player"
as you can see, "an" has no relevance to time.
