The Forgotten Heroes of Middle-Earth: Tom Bombadil
Tom Bombadil saved Pippin and Merry when Old Man Willow trapped them in The Fellowship of the Ring. He also saved all four hobbits from the barrow-wight later on.
Thanks Hammerborne for coming up with the name for the series of models!!
Nice custom!
'Old Tom Bombadil is a merry fellow. Bright blue his jacket is, and his boots are yellow.'
It's great to see fans of the books!
Adding to his heroism, Tom was the only person in Middle Earth to be unaffected by the ring. I never quite understood how, but he literally put it on without disappearing, and then handed it back to Frodo without a care in the world.
I have another good point as well: after saving the hobbits from the barrow-wight, he didn't supply them with a change of clothes which is why the scene was not put in the movies.
Actually maybe not a good point to add to his heroism.
Awesome work!!
@InterBrick, you stole words right out of my mouth XD
Also if anybody was wondering why he wasn't in the movie here you go: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QxhP7F1CftE

Nice custom minifigure, overall!
