The build is 99%+ exact; it only misses the Break Jaw's helmet and the specific "map" 2x2 decal, as well as a sticker sheet.

This set no. 8632 'Swamp Raid,' which came out in June 2008, was the second-smallest model in a newly-launched "Agents" theme.

Still, with only 230 parts, this well-crafted and excellent build fits a substantial ground base, original vehicle, and a few quirky accessories and amusing details. As with the rest of the "Agents" original line-up, this model's author is Mark Stafford, a LEGO designer who still works with the company. (https://brickset.com/sets/designer-Mark-Stafford).

Perhaps, the most significant part of the 'Swamp Raid' is an Agents Motorcycle. The chassis encapsulates Technic axles and connectors in a pretty unique manner, unlike most other LEGO Systems I remember. Combined with two oversized wheels, flames bursting from the exhaust pipes, two blasters mounted in the front, 2-piece headlight—epic superhero look! I also appreciated quite an original handlebars design (two mini-antennas, a solution more commonly seen in helicopters and airplanes).

The Secret Swamp Base had a rigged trap bridge, a tiny rotating missile launcher, and a raised tower with a miniature console, a walkie-talkie, and a satellite dish. My favorite quirky element is a remote-controlled cyborg crocodile, a pair included! It's the most astonishing LEGO alligator design I've seen so far.

The 'Swamp Raid' only came with two minifigures. Agent Charge, who I believe appeared in most of the "Agents" sets, actually shares the same name as one of the 'Alpha Team' characters. (This 2001 theme, inspired by an eponymous LEGO videogame, was a foundation and main source of inspiration for new "Agents.") In 'Swamp Raid,' Agent Charge sports an exclusive helmet.

The villain is Break Jaw, a variation of Dr. Inferno's henchman (in an orange jumpsuit). The name, obviously, refers to a custom helmet (which I had to substitute). Break Jaw's preferred mode of transportation is always a watercraft; in "Swamp Raid," he drives a tiny jetski water scooter (with two blasters).

Most curiously, Break Jaw had a direct inspiration in Hollywood: "Jaws," one of James Bond's villains portrayed by Richard Kiel in The Spy Who Loved Me (1977) and Moonraker (1979) films.

Indeed, Break Jaw's custom head has the same disturbing grin as Kiel's "Jaws," with two metal grills instead of regular teeth. So epic!
